However, Dr Todd, and his technician Aleah were kind, attentive, explained the process before and during... the procedure. Their professional demeanor and disarming humor put me at ease, and instilled confidence. OH! The procedure was nearly completely pain free. 95% less pain than my cracked abscessed tooth ever was.
