From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a kind smile. The front desk and support team were excellent. To say I was apprehensive about a root canal would be the understatement of the year. The compassion and kindness Dr Josh and Danielle showed me was nothing less than stellar! During the procedure, Dr. Josh was informative and kept me constantly updated on his next move with my root canal. Danielle was amazing too. There was zero pain…I was absolutely shocked at how easy and pain free the entire process was. This is not the nightmare root canal experience you’ve heard your grandparents talk about. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Josh and his incredible team at Elite Endodontics.

My experience at this office was fantastic. I drove out from Valparaiso to see them because of their ability to accommodate me in their schedule. When I was experiencing pain prior to my scheduled root canal they were extremely kind and helpful on their emergency line (it was a Sunday) and made it possible for me to receive treatment earlier to help with pain. Everyone at the office is kind, knowledgeable and joyful.

It was a very clean office and the procedure it self was painless and simple! I’m thrilled!

They explain in detail what is going to be done. While they are doing the procedure they keep you updated. They ensure the tooth is completely numb and free of pain during the procedure. Highly recommend this office. Rest assured you are in good hands.

My 89 year old Father went here today for a Root Canal. When I heard he had to get one my stomach ache. But after going here hands down there is no fear anymore. The staff is amazing. Doctor top tier and bed side manner is more than impressive. He told my dad the worse pain would be the numbing shots and he definitely kept his promise. If I ever have to get this procedure for myself I wouldn't dare go anywhere else. Thank you thank you thank you. I wish I could have given yall a 10 stars but 5 was the highest. Great service and follow up! My husband, Vincenzo, was very impressed with Dr Beam and his endodontist expertise. All of the staff were courteous, polite and professional! Staff called the day after to check in on his progress! Highly recommend!!

Dr. Jared Beam and Gina were amazing. Very friendly and thorough. Ever been to a doctor's appointment and sit in the waiting area forever? I arrived 35 min early for my appointment and they still took me immediately to the back and got started. Can't give enough praise about the service.

I was referred to Elite Endodontics by my dentist for a root canal, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Like most people, I was nervous, but the entire experience was incredibly pleasant. Dr. Todd was exceptional—he was professional, calm, and made sure the entire procedure was completely pain-free. If you’re looking for high-quality care and a team that makes you feel at ease, this is the place to go!

Had to have a root canal and was really nervous as I’ve heard horror stories about other peoples experiences. Dr Todd was excellent, very professional and I felt no pain at all during procedure. He explained every step and made me feel comfortable. He had a great bedside manner. I hope I don’t have to have another one but if I do he will be my endodontist. His professionalism meant a lot to me as I’m a nurse and appreciate his wonderful care. Thank you Dr Todd!

Root Canal done by Dr Webb today. He is so so nice and so is the staff. He explained everything and made sure I was not in any pain. Wish he could be my regular dentist, but he's a specialist. I saw how they interacted with other patients as well, and everyone there was just so nice! You will be able to tell just by speaking with them on the phone. Thank u Dr Webb

This is the BEST dental experience I have had in my 58 years on this planet= the facility is very inviting, Gina and Doctor Beam are extremely competent & compassionate, and my root canal went so well that I fell asleep during the procedure… all readers of this review owe it to themselves to check out this 6 star business!!!

Amazing staff with great bedside manner. My anxiety is such that I dread the chair. They accommodate when and where possible without judgment. Very descriptive of procedure before during and after. Quick and painless. Definitely recommend this group if anxiety is holding you back. Amazing experience for sure!

I needed a retreatment done on a tooth that had an old root canal done many years ago. My dentist referred me to Elite Endodontics. I was very happy with the treatment from Dr. Webb and all the staff there. He was very careful about there being no pain for me while he was doing the procedure. Highly recommend this business for your dental needs.

The doctor and staff were professional and more importantly relaxed. The procedure went smooth and the doctor was extremely empathetic. I was impressed with the culture and follow up. I received a 2 day post procedure call to ask how I was doing. Very impressed.

All the staff are amazing. They were super sweet. Dr Beam and the staff took great care of me. If I ever need another root canal, I would definitely come back (but let’s hope I don’t).
